Post-treatment precautions

After microneedling, the skin may only appear slightly red, and recovery is relatively quick.

Immediately post-procedure, apply cold compress and use a medical mask for soothing treatment. If the skin remains red, it is advisable to continue with cold compress for soothing at home.

Avoid touching the face to prevent bacterial infection, and try to refrain from washing the face on the same day.

Apply ACMETEA twice a day to stabilize the newly generated collagen fibers. Maintain a light diet, regular schedule, ensure adequate sleep, and refrain from smoking and drinking. Avoid collagen supplements to prevent accumulation and folding, which may lead to uneven skin, scars, or even facial sagging.

Pay attention to sun protection; start applying sunscreen the day after the procedure, preferably using a physical sunscreen. Use mild skincare products within the first week.

Avoid rubbing the skin to prevent damage to the epidermis, interrupting the growth of new skin, and causing damage to the skin barrier, leading to reactions such as dryness, roughness, and redness.

Within a week, avoid activities such as sauna, swimming, hot springs, and intense exercise.

This is because the depth of microneedles used during Microneedling differs for each individual. For some, the skin may only appear slightly red, and the recovery is relatively quick after the microneedling procedure.
